Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Connect Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate for a well-established company in the Katy, TX area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals with strong warehouse experience who are looking for long-term employment.

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available
Location: Katy, TX

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Process LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments.
• Prepare and ship small packages using Fed Ex and UPS.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and organize inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse experience.
• Experience with LTL shipping is required.
• Experience shipping through Fed Ex and UPS is required.
• Previous order-picking experience is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Candidates living in or near the Katy area are strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.

• $20.00/hour
