- Systemically receive white glove sales orders and transfers
- File freight claims with inbound freight lines
- Maintain location-to-location transfer report
- Record and report all inbound freight discrepancies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience
- Computer literate
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good writing, analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
