• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Collecting trash and debris throughout the warehouse, loading docks, parking areas, and building perimeter.
• Transporting and emptying trash hoppers safely and efficiently.
• Removing loose pallets, shrink wrap, cardboard, and debris from floors and work areas.
• Operating floor scrubber equipment daily to ensure clean warehouse aisles.
• Emptying restroom trash cans, replacing liners, and restocking restroom supplies.
• Supporting overall facility cleanliness and reporting any spills, hazards, or maintenance issues.
• Utilizing equipment such as forklifts (sit down/stand up), reach trucks, golf carts, flatbed carts, and Gators.

• Have experience in warehouse or custodial work (preferred but not required).
• Can lift 30-50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Are able to operate or learn warehouse cleaning equipment (scrubber, hopper, etc.).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Are comfortable wearing required PPE, including steel toe shoes.
