Front Desk Receptionist
Position Summary

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you’ll create a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate thrives on providing excellent customer service, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a polished and professional front desk presence.

As the face of our organization, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every interaction—whether in person, by phone, or online—reflects our company’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Essential Functions
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage front desk email communications and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Manage meeting room scheduling and ensure spaces are prepared for appointments
  • Support internal communication by relaying messages and information efficiently
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scanning
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Contribute positively to company culture and team collaboration
Skills & Abilities
  • High school diploma or 2- or 4-year degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
