Role Description

This is a part-time (50%, hourly), on-site Human Resources Administrative Assistant role based in Kaukauna, WI. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day HR and Business operations, including maintaining personnel records, processing onboarding and offboarding documentation, assisting with benefits administration, and helping ensure compliance with school policies and applicable employment regulations. The role includes providing administrative support to school leadership, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing confidential files.

This team member will greet and assist staff and visitors, respond to routine HR and administrative inquiries, and help coordinate staff communications and HR-related events or trainings. The position requires a commitment to the school’s Catholic mission and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and families in a professional, hospitable manner.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources skills, including basic HR administration, recordkeeping, onboarding support, and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Executive Administrative Assistant and Administrative Assistant skills to support leadership with scheduling, document preparation, and office coordination.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with staff, families, and visitors.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, databases) and the ability to learn HR or school information systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a school environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Alignment with and support for the school’s Catholic mission and values; prior experience in an educational or faith-based setting is beneficial.
