Now seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator & Insulation Technician to support the fabrication, welding, assembly, and insulation of custom air pollution control equipment in Kaukauna, WI. • Operate fabrication tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, shears, press brakes, jigs, fixtures, forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Perform quality checks on completed welds and fabricated components to ensure work meets required specifications
  • Install and repair metal frameworks, structural supports, platforms, ductwork, piping, and related equipment components
  • Measure, cut, install, remove, and replace industrial insulation materials on pipes, tanks, vessels, ductwork, and equipment
  • Apply jacketing, sealants, and weatherproofing materials while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements for Welder

  • Commitment to quality, safety, punctuality, and consistent attendance
  • Experience welding stainless steel and carbon steel in multiple positions preferred
  • Forklift, overhead crane, or fabrication machine operation experience is a plus
  • Welding program diploma, job‑related coursework, OSHA 10/30, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Familiarity with industrial insulation practices, materials, jacketing, and weatherproofing is a plus
