Skilled - QC Inspector Pipe

Position Title:

QC Inspector Pipe Wage: $52,000-$72,800/year

Hours:

5:00pm-3:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring a QC Inspector Pipe for a company in Kaukauna, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity on 2nd shift.

• Read and understand blueprints and specifications
• Conduct visual inspections
• Conduct other QC operations in compliance with customer specifications
• Monitor/observe operations to ensure compliance of production specifications
• Perform, monitor, and record test data
• Prepare test reports
• Identify and record any product quality problems
• Report inspection results to QC Manager

• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent documentation skills
• Attention to detail/thoroughness/neatness
• Ability to read a ruler
• Good math skills, working with dimensions
• Mechanically inclined
• Thorough, accurate, and timely reporting
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attendance
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently
• Ability to work with diverse groups and handle situations appropriately
• Ability to work 9-10 hours on feet
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds, squat, twist, bend, climb ladders, etc.
• Use basic office equipment (e.g., multiline phone, computer, copier, fax, scanner, etc.), vehicles (e.g., automotive, truck)
