Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kaukauna, WI. The Salesperson is responsible for engaging customers in person and by phone, understanding their equipment needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. Daily tasks include generating leads, following up on inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role involves coordinating with the service and parts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely delivery of equipment.

The Salesperson will also maintain product knowledge, support showroom presentation, and participate in local marketing or customer outreach activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen, ask questions, and present solutions clearly.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotes, and closing deals.
• Basic proficiency with computers and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales systems).
• Ability to learn and explain technical product features; prior experience with equipment, machinery, or related industries is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor with colleagues and customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kaukauna, WI, including some flexibility for occasional extended hours or weekend customer events.
