The Leasing Specialist is responsible for turning prospective residents into new residents by providing an exceptional experience from the first interaction through move-in.

This is a sales and relationship-focused role. You’ll respond to leads, build relationships, schedule and conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, overcome objections, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

• Qualifying leads and identifying their housing needs

• Scheduling and conducting property tours

• Answering questions about properties, pricing, availability, and the leasing process

• Overcoming objections and helping prospects make decisions

• Guiding applicants through the leasing process

• Maintaining accurate lead and prospect information

• Working toward leasing and occupancy goals

• Creating an unparalleled experience from first contact through move-in

• Previous sales, customer service, leasing, or hospitality experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Comfortable learning and using technology

• Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office

• Property management experience is a plus, but we can teach you the property management side
