What do YOU need to Succeed Here
:

Setting concrete footing and wall forms for building foundations. Operate skid loaders, forklifts, hand tools, and other small construction equipment. Efficiently work in a fast‑paced environment. Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team. Understand Keller’s safety culture and hold others to it. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements include but not limited to:

• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Read and interpret blueprints (Preferred)
• Ability to travel typically within the state of WI. (Home every weekend)
• Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from ground to shoulder level)
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
