• Follow blueprints, layouts, and building plans

• Install structures and fixtures (windows, doors, trim, molding, etc.)

• Perform carpentry tasks on commercial and agricultural projects

• Frame interior walls; install door frames, hang doors, and complete bathroom partitions

• Produce high‑quality, detail‑oriented workmanship

• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

• Travel as needed (typically within the state of Wisconsin)

• Take ownership of tasks and complete assigned duties

• Any combination of education or experience that shows ability to perform construction/carpentry work

• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs as needed

• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, stoop, and bend for extended periods

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Willingness to travel within WI

• Strong commitment to workplace safety
