Follow blueprints, layouts, and building plans
Install structures and fixtures (windows, doors, trim, molding, etc.)
Perform carpentry tasks on commercial and agricultural projects
Frame interior walls; install door frames, hang doors, and complete bathroom partitions
Produce high‑quality, detail‑oriented workmanship
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Travel as needed (typically within the state of Wisconsin)
Take ownership of tasks and complete assigned duties
Any combination of education or experience that shows ability to perform construction/carpentry work
Ability to lift 50–80 lbs as needed
Ability to walk, stand, kneel, stoop, and bend for extended periods
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel within WI
Strong commitment to workplace safety
