Skilled - Electrician

Position Title: Electrician

Wage: $30-$50/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: Varies, May change depending on travel

QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join a team in Kaukauna, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical systems and hold a current Wisconsin journeyman or master electrician license. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift.

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, control systems, and related equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams
• Perform inspections of existing electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance with local and state codes
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with NEC, state, and local codes
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and work completed
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

• Able to travel domestically (50%-75%), some travel to Canada and Mexico
• 3+ years of experience in the electrical trade
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Wisconsin state electrical codes
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Preferred experience in industrial combustion systems, burners, or oxidizers
• OSHA 10/30 certification a plus
