Excavation Laborer

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable laborer to join our growing excavation crew. This position is hands‑on and fast‑paced, working alongside operators and drivers on residential and commercial excavation projects.

• Assist with excavation and site prep work
• Shoveling, grading, trench cleanup, and general labor tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Help maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work around heavy equipment and underground utilities
• Support crews with pipe work, grading, and material handling

• Construction or excavation experience preferred
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
