• Operate and monitor outdoor attractions, including go-karts, bumper boats, batting cages, ropes course and miniature golf courses.
• Ensure guest safety by enforcing attraction rules, height requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Actively engage with guests, provide clear instructions, and create a welcoming environment.
• Identify and stop any unsafe behavior immediately to maintain a safe guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all attractions are in proper working order.
• Assist guests with any attraction-related questions and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Work efficiently to cycle guests through attractions while maintaining safety protocols.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days!).
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including direct sunlight.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have an outgoing and friendly personality with strong guest service abilities.
• Must be comfortable enforcing safety policies while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must be well-groomed and maintain a neat appearance.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and move in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work under pressure with distractions and interruptions.
