Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Day care Setting

Job Summary

Beyond Care Therapy is seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for young children within a daycare setting. This position focuses on building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through structured, play-based learning in a classroom environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, staying active throughout the day, and making a meaningful impact through hands-on support and skill development. You will collaborate closely with a supervising BCBA, families, and daycare staff to support each child’s progress.

This is a part-time position with consistent morning and early afternoon hours.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a daycare/classroom environment
  • Support communication, social skills, independence, and daily living skills
  • Use evidence-based behavioral strategies to promote positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with behavior analysts, families, and daycare staff
  • Collect data and maintain accurate session documentation
Requirements
  • Active RBT certification
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion and maintenance of required trainings, including:
    • 40-hour RBT training
    • CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Comfortable working with young children in an active, hands-on setting
Schedule

Monday–Friday 8:15 to 3:30 PM. No evenings required.
