Custodian - Part Time

Schedule: Afternoons 3PM-7PM.

Part-time: Seeking ~20 hours/week.

Serves as a part time custodian to assist with maintenance and custodial duties, with room set up and logistics at the College.

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each task with or without reasonable accommodation.

• No previous experience required, but One (1) year custodial experience preferred performing related duties.

• Knowledge of basic custodial service techniques and procedures.
• Knowledge of chemical hazards related to harsh cleaning agents.
• Knowledge of custodial equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Must be prompt, dependable and show integrity in all aspects of the job.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and other duties requiring moderate physical strength.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
