Cabinet Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced, motivated sales professional with a passion for home improvement and interior design to consult with clients, build relationships, and deliver stunning transformations.

Who You Are
  • You bring at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally consultative, in‑home or B2B.
  • You may already have industry connections or sources of leads—but we’ll support you with leads as well.
  • You love meeting people, asking great questions, and delivering solutions that make spaces shine.
  • You’re energized by meeting targets and ready to close consistently and exceed expectations.
What You’ll Do (Daily)
  • Consult with clients in‑home, uncovering needs and painting a vision for cabinets, refacing, or full remodels.
  • Build and grow your pipeline by attending home shows, networking, and generating leads through strategic outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, maintaining detailed CRM notes and aiming for a 40%+ close rate.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Industry knowledge and existing leads/connections is a major plus.
  • In‑home consultative sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communicator, polished appearance, and consultative mindset.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth goals.
What Success Looks Like
  • Closing 40%+ of qualified opportunities.
  • Showing up with confidence to every in‑home consult.
  • Heading out to events and networks—creating new opportunities daily.
  • Accurately tracking all activity and opportunities in CRM.
  • Communicating daily with the owner and management—aligned, accountable, and winning.
