• High earning potential $10,000 - $15,000+ per month

• Seasoned sales professional with at least 2 years of experience, ideally consultative, in‑home or B2B.
• Networked and resourceful, with industry connections or sources of leads.
• Relationship‑driven, loves meeting people and delivering solutions that make spaces shine.
• Results‑oriented, energized by meeting targets and consistently closing.

• Consult with clients in‑home to uncover needs and paint a vision for cabinets, refacing or full remodels.
• Proactively cultivate new business by attending home shows, networking and strategic outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from follow‑up to close, maintaining detailed CRM notes and targeting a 40%+ close rate.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Industry knowledge and existing leads/connections – a major plus.
• In‑home consultative sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communicator, polished appearance, and consultative mindset.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Closing 40%+ of qualified opportunities.
• Consistently showing up with confidence to in‑home consultations.
• Actively generating new opportunities through events and networking.
• Accurately tracking all activity and opportunities in CRM.
• Communicating daily with owner and management – aligned, accountable, and winning.
