About The Role

We are looking for an In-Home Sales Closer at Kitchen Tune-Up Greater Salt Lake. In this role you will connect with homeowners, conduct in‑home consultations, present tailored cabinet and kitchen remodeling solutions, build rapport, and close high‑ticket projects ranging from $6,000 to $80,000.

• Present tailored cabinet update and kitchen remodeling solutions and product offerings.
• Build rapport with clients to establish trust and encourage sales.
• Close high‑ticket kitchen projects $6,000 – $80,000 using effective closing techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Own and grow your territory by generating leads and opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably high ticket ($20K+) in home improvement or remodeling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
• 50% close rate on qualified appointments.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude.
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays if needed.

• Base draw and uncapped commission.
