HVAC Estimator / Salesman - $80k-$150k+ (Performance Based)
Let's keep it simple. We're looking for someone who can produce.
If you:
- don't have any industry experience
- need constant direction
- avoid hard conversations
- blame the market, pricing, or competition
- like being busy more than being effective
This wont be a good fit.
What we are looking for:
- someone who takes ownership of results
- extensive industry knowledge (suppliers, project managers, sales)
- builds relationships (not just sends emails)
- follows through
- can handle pressure
We reward performance. If you produce, you'll do very well here. If not, it will be obvious pretty quickly.
