Young Truck and Trailers is looking for you to join our team as a New Holland Equipment Technician/Mechanic
! As a New Holland Equipment Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining New Holland construction & agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, and implements. From routine maintenance tasks to complex repairs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our customers'' equipment.

- Diagnose issues with hydraulic and/or electrical systems
- Perform initial PDI inspections on equipment as it arrives from manufacturer
- Basic maintenance on machines/equipment
- Oil changes
- Hydraulic services
- Coolant flush
- Replacing fuel filters
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus but not required
- Previous equipment operation/repair experience a plus but not required
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Keep a clean and orderly workspace
- Be punctual and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines
