• Lead the design, development, and optimization of embedded software/firmware for IoT and wireless connectivity devices
• Architect and implement robust, secure, and high-performance embedded systems
• Work closely with hardware teams to bring up new product designs and resolve complex issues
• Develop and maintain device drivers, communication protocols, and low-level firmware
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and power optimization
• Participate in full product lifecycle from concept through production and field support
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction and best practices

• 7+ years of professional experience in embedded software/firmware development
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for resource-constrained embedded environments
• Proven experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Solid understanding of hardware-software interaction and debugging at the board level
• Experience with wireless communication protocols (cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, etc.) strongly preferred
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
