- Pay Rate:
Drivers make $85,000 to $100,000 a year (experienced drivers can make $100K plus). - Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; FSA/HSA; company‑paid life insurance.

- Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects before and after the trip; submit DOT inspection reports.
- Verify the bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour deliveries.
- Drive the tractor‑trailer to its destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle.
- Maintain the driver log (Manual or People Net) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
- Unload the trailer and deliver products into customer premises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
- At least one year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
- Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
