Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit

Schedule:

12 hour day or night shifts.

Assignment Details:

Requirements:

• PALS certification
• Pediatric experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely intervention and appropriate care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes:

• Reference checks should be sent via email. Do not call for reference checks.
• May float to other departments to assist without taking a team of patients if required.
• Additional $2.00 per hour for charge nurse duties if assigned.
