Job Overview
The Critical Care / Intensive Care / Emergency Room Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in critical condition. They must be able to assess and monitor patients, administer medications, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties- Assess patients' conditions and develop care plans.
- Monitor vital signs and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Respond to emergencies and provide life‑saving interventions.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in critical care, intensive care, or emergency room.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
