CNA – Behavioral

Call for Salary Rate -

Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care and support in behavioral health and medical-surgical units. Assist with daily activities, ensuring patient safety and comfort while adhering to care plans and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Monitor patient behavior and report any changes or concerns to medical staff.
• Support the care team by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Document patient interactions and care provided accurately.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to deliver personalized patient care.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required.
• Minimum one year of experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to work either day or night shifts, with flexibility for a combination schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and patient confidentiality standards.
