Schedule:
12-hour day or night shifts; 72 hours every two weeks.
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed
Hours:
72 hours per 2 weeks
Requirements:
- PALS certification
- Pediatric experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, responding to changes as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and recovery processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care.
Compliance / Notes:
- Reference checks should be sent via email; do not call for reference checks.
- May float to other departments as needed without taking on a team of patients.
- Additional $2.00 per hour for charge nurse duties if assigned.
