- Active RN license with eligibility to work in the state of Hawaii
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Experience with telemetry and comfort floating between multiple acute care units
- EPIC experience required
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a busy hospital and medical-surgical environment
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult and pediatric Med/Surg patients
- Float between two medical-surgical and telemetry units as needed
- Support overflow patient care in ICU and ED when assigned
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care accurately in EPIC
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Respond to changing patient needs with professionalism and clinical confidence
