Labor & Delivery / Nursery Registered Nurse

Kealakekua, HI

Contract | Night Shift | Full-Time

• Provide direct nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients in a rural community hospital setting
• Deliver nursery and couplet care services to mothers and newborns
• Support a unit averaging 45–50 deliveries per month
• Perform intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring
• Assume charge nurse duties as assigned
• Float to assist other departments as needed, in a non-primary nursing capacity

• Current, active Hawaii Registered Nurse license (required prior to start)
• Demonstrated Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Couplet care experience
• Intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring competency

• Experience working in a rural or community hospital environment
• Prior charge nurse experience in a Labor & Delivery setting

• Opportunity to practice in a unique rural Hawaii setting serving a close-knit community
