We are looking for motivated Line and Prep Cooks to enhance our kitchen team. As a Cook, you have a passion for food and hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to learn and grow. Day and night, you create culinary masterpieces alongside your team to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Compensation: $15-$24/hr

Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual.

In addition to your hourly wage, you will be eligible to receive a kitchen team bonus funded by a 4% service charge applied to food sales. This will be distributed among the back-of-house team based on the number of hours worked and will be included in your regular paycheck.

• Develop and hone your culinary skills to create food you’re proud of
• Uphold Earls standards through exceptional food production
• Cultivate an environment of connected, committed collaborations that support a culture of teamwork
• Uphold the highest kitchen standards and take responsibility and accountability for the safety and cleanliness of your station, and the quality of product you present
• Display your love for the culinary arts through perfect execution, unmatched product knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience

Qualifications:

• A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests
• A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
• Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: State Specific Food Handlers Card) is a bonus
• The ability to legally work in the USA
