Staff Accountant

We are hiring a Staff Accountant to support general accounting activities and financial reporting. This role will help maintain accurate financial records, assist with reporting, and support audit and compliance needs. • Prepare and record journal entries and complete account reconciliations on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Assist with monthly close and preparation of internal financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Complete financial analysis and special projects as assigned
• Research accounting guidance and assist with implementation of new standards
• Work with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and respond to inquiries
• Perform additional tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prior experience in accounting or related roles preferred
• Knowledge of standard accounting principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
