The primary responsibility of this position is the planning, coordinating, and administering of all the educational activities for the OME pre-clinical medical education programs at the UNM C Douglas
A. Kristen sen Rural Health Education Complex in Kearney, Nebraska in conjunction with the Omaha UNMC campus.

Salary Range: $22.019 - $33.029 per hour

Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent (will consider six years related education/experience)
Required Experience:
4 years Administrative support experience to include some program/project coordination experience. (will consider six years related education/experience)

Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and decision making skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be a highly motivated, assertive and productive individual. Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and competing demands using good judgment and problem-solving skills. Ability to anticipate potential problems and take preventative measures. Ability to coordinate simultaneous activities and follow-up regularly to ensure completion.
