Required Qualifications- High School education or equivalent
- 5 years increasingly responsible administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
- Orientation toward excellence, personal commitment to the success of the organization, and ownership for the success of the RHEC
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; customer service orientation; outgoing, engaging, energetic, courteous, pleasant, personable
- Quick learner, self‑starter, ability to work independently
- Ability to manage details, negotiate and collaborate, assign relative weight to continuous information, formulate priorities, tolerate ambiguity, self‑select effective courses of action, remove obstacles, and adjust plans with minimal resistance
- Orientation toward learning; willingness to ask questions, seek clarification, generalize from repeated interaction, apply lessons learned, seek to learn about the organization and people, and develop effective networks
- Forward thinking; connect actions and probable consequences, assess impact on the organization’s success, collect appropriate data, and prepare information to facilitate successful outcomes

- Experience managing meetings and events

- Proficiency in EMS
