Position Summary

POSITION LOCATED IN KEARNEY, NE

The Phase 2/Phase 3 Kearney Regional Campus Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and assessment support for medical student clinical education activities at Greater Nebraska training sites. This position collaborates closely with Omaha‑based departmental educational coordinators, faculty, staff, clinical sites, and community preceptors to support student success and ensure consistency across campuses.

Responsibilities include coordination of student placements, orientation activities, compliance requirements, housing logistics, onboarding of clinical sites and preceptors, and administration of OSCE and NBME examinations.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent (will consider six years of related education/experience)
  • Experience: 4 years of administrative support experience, including program/project coordination (will consider six years of related education/experience)
  • Computer Applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365
  • Key

    Skills:

    Excellent organizational, oral and written communication, interpersonal and decision‑making skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision, under pressure, anticipate problems, coordinate multiple activities, maintain confidentiality and discretion; positive professional demeanor; collaborative relationship building with clinical sites, faculty, students, and community partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Education, Business, Project Management)
  • Experience in an academic or health care setting
  • Proficiency in Canvas, Adobe Pro, Scheduling Software
