Is are seeking to hire a full-time Auto Collision Estimator in our Kearney, Nebraska location. Hours are 8:00 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Are you looking for a fast-paced job with a great working environment? Levander's is a robust collision repair facility with 17 locations in the state of Nebraska, Kansas, South Dakota, and now Colorado! We are looking for someone who is eager and willing to be a team player.

Experience in CCC estimating solutions preferred, auto body estimating, body tech experience, or solid knowledge of vehicles required.

• Developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
• Prepare estimate for each vehicle according to insurance guidelines
• Maintain the schedule per vehicle before, during and after completion of repairs
• Complete supplements and communicate that with the customer and insurance partner
• Effectively manage multiple projects independently

• Previous experience as an Auto Body Estimator or in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and insurance claim procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

$45,000 - $75,000 Yearly
