Position: Sr. Specialist, Customer Care Credit Card $21hr (Omaha/Kearney/Yankton/Greeley)

Summary Of The Job

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team  next class is scheduled to start on Monday, July 13, 2026. You must be able to train 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST for the first 7 weeks on‑site at one of the following locations:
Omaha NE Tower, Kearney, NE Branch, Yankton SD Branch or Greeley CO Branch. 100% attendance is required; time‑off requests will not be granted during training. Beginning Monday, August 31, 2026, you will transition to a solidified shift/schedule and work remotely from home.

Shift Schedules

Choose one of the following schedules once you have completed training:

  • 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM MTW=F=S
  • 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM MTW=FY=
  • 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM MT=RFY= (Eligible for 10% Shift Differential)
  • 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM MTWR=Y= (Eligible for 10% Shift Differential)
  • 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM MT=RFY= (Eligible for 10% Shift Differential)
  • 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM =TW=FYS (Eligible for 10% Shift Differential)
  • 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM MTWR=Y= (Eligible for 10% Shift Differential)
  • 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM MTWR=Y= (Eligible for 10% Shift Differential)
Flex Schedule Details

After 7 weeks of paid on‑site training, you will have the flexibility to select available hours to work. Hours can be scheduled between 5:00 AM CST and 11:00 PM CST, Monday through Sunday. Additional hours may be available on an as‑needed basis. You will be required to sign up for a minimum of 40 hours per week and bid weekly to build your schedule three weeks in advance.

Full‑time schedule preference selections will be considered in the order received, but selecting a shift does not guarantee hours; offers are not finalized until a conversation with a FNBO Customer Care Talent Advisor.

Benefits Eligibility

Benefits eligibility for all employees begins on the first of the month following your start date (August 1, 2026).

Compensation

$21.00 per hour. A 10% shift differential is available for any shift that starts at 1:30 PM or later (local time zone). The role is non‑exempt hourly.

About This Role

As a Customer Care Senior Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The role requires strong communication, problem‑solving, and an appetite for independent work.

Key Accountabilities
- What You Will Do
  • Assist customers with inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Help customers manage bank accounts, including balance inquiries, fund transfers, and transaction history.
  • Resolve issues related to account discrepancies, unauthorized transactions, and other banking problems.
  • Provide information about bank products and services such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
  • Verify customer identity to ensure security and privacy of account information.
  • Process service requests such as account openings, closures, and changes to account details.
  • Offer basic technical support for online banking, mobile app usage, and ATM‑related issues.
  • Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies for compliance.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work Location & Space
  • Maintain an organized workstation to facilitate customer interactions.
  • WFH employees must live within a 70‑mile radius of a service center to receive equipment and support.
  • Provide a clean, quiet workspace with no distractions or background noise; unprofessional noise may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Ensure appropriate dependent care is in place; WFH is not a substitute for child or dependent care.
  • Employees are responsible for all costs related to setting up a home workspace.
  • Visitors are not allowed while working due to confidential information.
  • Commuting to FNBO for meetings or training is not reimbursed.
  • Working from a location outside your permanent address requires prior arrangement and approval.
