- No Cath Lab Coverage
- Cardiac Emergencies and Procedures Requiring Cath Lab Services Are Transferred to Another Hospital
- Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) - Required
- Inpatient General Cardiology
- Hospital Rounding
- Cardiology Consultations
- Night Call Coverage
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Cardiology
- Required - At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in General Cardiology
- Required - Nebraska Medical License
- Highly Preferred - ACLS
- Required - BLS
- Required - DEA Registration
- Required - Clean Malpractice History
- Highly Preferred - Availability Must Be Provided at Time of Name Clearance
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60-90 Days
- No Credentialing With Additional Facilities Required
- Availability Required at Time of Name Clearance
- Provider Travel Origin Must Be Included
- Any Anticipated Travel Exceptions Must Be Disclosed at Time of Presentation
