• Counsel prospective and currently enrolled undergraduate, graduate, and professional students regarding enrollment, scholarships, and various federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs.
• Provide guidance on student billing and payment services in person, by phone, and through written correspondence.
• Collaborate with Admissions, University Registrar, Scholarships & Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the Bursar’s Office.
• Participate in recruitment activities both on and off campus, including daily campus visits, Red Letter Days, admit receptions, diversity and honors events, high school visits, and other events.
• May require occasional travel and may be required to work evenings and/or weekends during events.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of customer service experience or evidence of strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a college or university financial aid office or a comparable setting.
• Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
• Public speaking experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish (bilingual).
