About Alpaca  Alpaca is an Omaha-based EdTech company on a mission to help school districts  listen, learn, and lead with confidence. We’ve grown organically — school by school,  district by district — through word of mouth and great products. Now we’re ready to  scale, and we’re expanding our sales team to accelerate that growth. We’re still small  enough that you’ll have real impact and real visibility, but established enough that  you’ll have a foundation to build on.  

Customer Success & Experience Coordinator  This role focuses on onboarding new Alpaca customers to our platform, supporting  their success with our products, and helping leaders build stronger, more connected  school cultures with our products and services. This role partners closely with districts  using Alpaca Pulse and Alpaca Packs to ensure they feel supported, successful, and  excited about the work.  You’ll manage relationships with school and district leaders, guiding them through  onboarding, helping them understand their data, and providing practical next steps  they can use right away.

You’ll regularly check in with customers, respond to needs,  and help them get the most out of their experience.  You’ll help tell the story of our impact by highlighting customer wins, sharing  testimonials, and turning feedback and data into clear, meaningful insights. You’ll  always be thinking about how to make things better, whether that’s improving a  resource, streamlining a process, or creating new ways to support educators.  

At the core of your work is building strong relationships, bringing creative ideas to life,  and helping schools create environments where staff feel valued, supported, and  connected.  Customer Success Coordinator
