The Strategic Division supports high‑reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy, among others. The Strategic Systems Analysis Group supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. The group is hiring for an Electrical Engineer at Offutt AFB, NE.
ResponsibilitiesSupports operations, maintenance and upgrades to GOC networks and transport capabilities. Requires expert knowledge of USSTRATCOM GOC C2 and NC2 operations and supporting C3 systems architectures, with specialized experience in networking and transport, to include analog, optical fiber, air‑to‑ground communications, military and commercial satellite communications, line‑of‑sight and beyond line‑of‑sight (BLOS) radio frequency (RF) to include high frequency (HF) systems.
Qualifications- Must be able to work full‑time at Offutt AFB in Nebraska.
- Must maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Nuclear Command and Control – Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2‑ESI), NATO and Special Access Required (SAR) programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, systems analysis and/or systems architecture.
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic deterrence and global strike planning, including in-depth knowledge of Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) operations and capabilities, strategic nuclear operations, joint integrated operations, joint war fighting doctrine, unified Combatant Command (CCMD) structure, and global command and control constructs.
- Knowledge and experience in critical command and control requirements, inclusive of NC2 and NC3 operational capabilities and procedures.
- Knowledge of national, Department of Defense (DoD), and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) guidance, CJCS Emergency Action Procedures, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Emergency Action Procedures, CJCS Instructions, and Presidential Policy Directives.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD degree in engineering, systems analysis and/or systems architecture.
- 5 years or more experience in supporting USSTRATCOM Global Operations Center (GOC) and/or other operations centers at Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, or DoD levels.
- Experience in the NC2 operational platforms, communications, and modes of operations.
- Familiarity with AoA methodologies and the ability to provide technical input and analytical support to AoA activities that inform system integration decisions, capability trade‑offs, and modernization pathways.
