Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

• Design and develop civil engineering plans and construction documents for municipal infrastructure projects including water supply systems, wastewater systems, stormwater management, transportation, and site development
• Perform engineering calculations, hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, and technical studies in support of project design
• Prepare project reports, specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents
• Provide construction observation and administration support to ensure projects are built in accordance with plans and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, subconsultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist with grant and funding applications in support of community infrastructure initiatives
• Collaborate with surveyors, planners, and architects across disciplines to deliver comprehensive project solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and design fundamentals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent design software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and regulatory agencies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
