Experience- 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
- Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role may require floating to additional units and locations
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience- RNs required to titrate drips:
Any cardiac drip, insulin, sedation. - RNs are required to read/interpret/document strips, monitor brand is GE.
- Pass/Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.

At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Special Requests:
Will not approve blocked scheduling unless it’s weekends only, but can ask. They also will not take duos that want same schedule or share car.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend and minimum of 2 holidays that fall within contract time frame.
Floating Requirements:
Typically PCU, occasionally Med Surg- will take same ratio of patients typically assigned on these units (1:4 or 1:5).
Submission Limit:
Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission.
1 reference from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission.
Driver’s license required for submission.
