As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care to patients with both MSU and PCU status. You will have the opportunity to float to Tele and Med Surg units, ensuring a diverse and enriching experience. With a focus on patient safety and quality care, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting
• Manage a patient load with a 1:4 ratio for PCU and 1:5 for Medical/Surgical groups
• Float to Tele and Med Surg units as needed
• Utilize EPIC charting system for documentation
• Work 12-hour day shifts, including every other weekend
• Possibility of working 2 extra shifts per 6 weeks
• Maintain required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Trauma Level 3 facility experience
