Experience- 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units.
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional DetailsRequired Credentials: Pass/Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Special Requests: Will not approve blocked scheduling unless it’s weekends only, I can ask. Will not take a duo who needs to share care or needs same schedule. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements:
Every other - Holiday Requirements: minimum of 2 holidays that fall within contract time frame.
Floating Requirements: Yes to Med Surg or to ICU to take PCU acuity patients.
Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days.
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission.
1 reference from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission.
Driver’s license required for submission.
