Job Description:

Seeking an RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) responsible for providing direct patient care for a variety of diagnoses including cardiac, dialysis, cancer, and respiratory conditions. The RN will be expected to titrate drips, perform high-flow oxygen therapy, and interpret telemetry strips.
Responsibilities:
Titrate medications such as Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin.
Read and interpret telemetry strips.
Float to Med Surg or ICU to take PCU acuity patients as needed.
Participate in a team-oriented environment focusing on patient experience, communication about medications, and hospital responsiveness.
Requirements:
Valid RN license and driver's license for verification of residency.

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
Competency in managing arterial lines and high-flow oxygen therapy.
Flexibility, adaptability, and good communication skills are essential.
