Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide daily support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, helping them live independently, safely, and meaningfully in their communities. This is a rewarding entry‑level healthcare and human services role with paid training and growth opportunities. No prior experience required.

• Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household routines.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication support according to training and care plans.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, work, errands, and community activities.
• Encourage independence, social engagement, hobbies, and personal interests.
• Support individuals in learning life skills, job skills, and community participation.
• Complete habilitation activities and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all health, safety, behavioral, and individual support plans.

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation during shifts.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Ability to complete job‑related training and certifications.
• No degree or prior experience required. Paid training is provided.
