We are growing our Ambulatory Surgery Center team and are looking for dedicated Surgical Technologists to join us at:

As a Surgical Scrub Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient surgical procedures while supporting both surgeons and nursing staff throughout the patient experience.
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized, assembled, and functioning properly
- Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating needs and passing sterile instruments, sutures, and supplies
- Maintain strict aseptic technique throughout all surgical procedures
- Identify and communicate any breaks in sterile field protocol immediately
- Handle specimens appropriately and prepare them for laboratory processing
- Clean, restock, and reset operating rooms between procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipment
- Support a safe, organized, and patient-centered surgical environment
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure efficient surgical flow
- Current Surgical Technology certification required
- Current Cardiac Life Support (CLS/BLS/ACLS as applicable) certification required
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology training program
- Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentThis role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 15 pounds regularly, and working in a surgical environment with exposure to standard healthcare-related risks, including blood borne pathogens, surgical equipment, chemicals, and sharp instruments.
