Life Enrichment Assistant

Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about making someone's day better? As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping residents stay connected, active, and engaged. Whether you're leading group activities, organizing special events, or spending one-on-one time with residents, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful moments that enhance quality of life.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, working as part of a team, and bringing enthusiasm and positivity to each day.

• Assist with planning, organizing, and leading resident activities and events
• Encourage participation in programs that promote physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being
• Transport residents to activities and outings using a company vehicle when needed
• Complete documentation related to activities and resident participation
• Work collaboratively with team members throughout the community to provide exceptional resident experiences

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A commitment to participating in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities
• Basic computer and iPad proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and video communication platforms
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and resident needs
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on integrity, collaboration, and service excellence
• A clean driving record and the ability to safely transport residents using a facility vehicle

This position requires the ability to:

• Pass a physical examination
• Lift, push, pull, and move equipment and supplies
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Reach above shoulder level and below waist level
• Bend, stoop, twist, and move throughout the day
• See, hear, and communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
• Remain on your feet and actively engaged for extended periods of time
• Operate a vehicle safely
