Position Summary
Provide support to end users on a variety of technical issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical support issues. Deploy computers as part of upgrade schedule. Assist in other IT functions/projects as assigned.
Responsibilities- Enrolled in a computer related Associates, or Bachelors program.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with Windows 7 and 10
- Basic programming knowledge
- Candidate must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the school year and full time during the summer months (will be flexible around class commitments).
