HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Building Maintenance
Performs general maintenance and repair of campus buildings, equipment, and systems, with a specialized focus on identifying, diagnosing, and resolving leaks of any type throughout campus facilities. This position serves as the department's primary leak specialist, requiring broad knowledge of plumbing, roofing, HVAC, and building envelope systems. The Building Service Tech works independently to locate sources of water intrusion or moisture problems, perform repairs when feasible, and coordinate with other trades or vendors when specialized repair is required.
This role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to preventing damage and maintaining building integrity.
High School education or GED
Two (2) years of maintenance experience
Valid motor vehicle operator's license
